Mortgage advisor William Fullerton has been with Crawford Mulholland since its inception, having previously spent nine years in retail banking with Bank of Ireland.
William moved from Bank of Ireland to work with Director, Mark Crawford in his previous business, Mark Crawford Financial, and the two men formed a successful partnership: a partnership, which has continued with Crawford Mulholland.
William takes great pride in the fact that he is working for an award-winning company and particularly from the fact that he is able to help clients achieve their dreams on a daily basis. Indeed, he has had several clients, who have approached him, unable to get a mortgage elsewhere. One couple in particular, who had just returned to Northern Ireland after five years living in New Zealand, and who had only been self-employed in the UK for one year were having particular problems in obtaining a mortgage because most bank require two or three years of self-employed income. Thanks to the company’s excellent working relationships with various financial outlets, William was able to get the clients a mortgage despite all of their previous difficulties.
It is occasions like this – when he achieves the seemingly impossible – that have led to William’s motto in life: where there’s a William, there’s a way!
When he’s not helping clients to fulfil their ambitions, William enjoys travelling, going to the gym and Gaelic football.
